Bree + Christ booked us back in our first year of being wedding photographers, more then 2 year ago now, and we are so thankful for all of our “first” clients who trusted us when we were new to this crazy awesome world of being professional wedding photographers!
Beau Lodge has all of these gorgeous little hideaways, and florals in bloom in the spring, including their 2 cherry blossom trees in the meadow. And they basically have the most gorgeous pond and winding path over it with a bridge, it really feels like you’ve been wisked away into the mountains of the Olympic National Park for an Elopement instead of being nestled in north Skagit County!
When we found out their wedding was going to be at the Beau Lodge, we knew it was going to be stunning in the spring, laid back and tons of fun with these two! And we were right! And there was SO much laughter on their day, you can just feel all of the love for these two their families and friends have, and even the rain stayed away! We just can’t contain our happiness for these two, they are so loving and caring for each other, and they complement each other so well.
Bree put so much into this wedding, practically every detail was hand done by her over the past two years, and her attention to detail shined wherever you looked! One of our favorite parts of the day was seeing Chris’ face when he saw Bree for the first time, and then hearing that her song down the isle was about as nerdy as Jeff and I are, as Kakiriko Village’s theme song from the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time played softly. Also be sure to check out how subtly awesome some of Chris’ details were, like his Zelda heart cufflinks!
